What happens if a transaction fails? Do I get my money back?

This is a great question and a common concern. If a transaction fails for example, if you don't have enough POL for the gas fee, or if there's a network hiccup the transaction will not go through. In this case, no funds are ever taken from your wallet. The blockchain is designed this way to prevent errors. The gas fee is only for successful computations. If it fails, the computation didn't happen, so you aren't charged. Your money is always safe in your wallet until a transaction is fully confirmed.
